Missing Sally

Best clue so far is a grandma walking Sally, or pushing Sally in a grocery cart, between the Stater Bros market on Yucaipa Bl. and near 5th/Ave E. Grandma is short, has brown curly hair(wig?. Another resident said gray hair), and walks with a hunched back (another resident said bad back or leg). 5x independent sightings. 2 of the persons saw Sally and the grandma multiple times.  No vest on Sally at any of the recent sightings. Also, seen with a White/Hispanic man, thin/medium, early 30s to early 40s, short light hair, and possible teeth and skin issues. One resident said that this is the grandma's son. Another resident called and said that his nickname is "Mongo". Recently got a series of texts from someone saying that they are a neighbor of the grandma that's been seen with Sally. Person said that the dog with the grandma is not my Sally. I asked the person if they could send me a photo of the grandma and "...
